- Why is it free for brands?为什么品牌方免费？
- We are the platform layer, never the middleman. Brands designing freely is what creates qualified demand for our factory partners — so the factory side carries the economics (token usage + a small commission on orders they actually win). The more brands design, the more the factory wins.
- How are quotes calculated?报价怎么算？
- Each parametric model carries a real factory's cost model. The engine takes your exact geometry, computes the part's mass in the chosen material (e.g. zamac), amortizes tooling over your MOQ, adds plating/lacquer labor, then margin and QA. Change a dimension and every line item moves — it is computed, not a lookup.
- What files do factories get?工厂拿到什么文件？
- On a submitted RFQ the factory receives a production-ready package: a STEP solid of the exact geometry, a BOM (material, finish, plating, weight), and a DFM PDF flagging wall thickness, draft, and tolerances. Enough to firm the quote and cut tooling without a back-and-forth.
- Is there a Stripe checkout?能直接在线下单吗？
- Not in v1. A brand designs, gets an instant indicative quote, then submits a request / asks for a sample; we and the factory follow up to quote firmly and fulfill. Payments come after demand is validated.
